FOUNDER & MANAGING ATTORNEY
Andy Miller is a graduate of Hamline University School of Law, Andy Miller founded Andy Miller Law Firm in 1990. After four years of refining the procedures and protocols necessary to provide new beginnings to bankruptcy clients successfully, Andy took the next step in expanding his firm to include Social Security Disability law. Applying the same foundations he developed through experience in Bankruptcy law- personal client contact and competent employees- the Social Security Disability practice was prosperous. Andy’s deep expertise in these areas of law led to the expansion of the firm from Canada, Uk, Minnesota to Wisconsin, Ohio, and Missouri.
Equipped with a passion for building upon his business and providing his clients with stellar service, Andy Miller Law firm has only grown since its inception. After spending nearly three decades owning and operating a successful Bankruptcy and Social Security Disability Law firm, Andy Miller knows the complexities behind effective legal advertising. In 2003, Andy Miller founded Andy Miller Advertising & Analytics on the principles that delivered exponential growth to his own firm to share effective advertising techniques with other firms.
He has since garnered recognition from top law firms throughout the nation. He is a proud owner and CEO of a firm that provides not only his clients with satisfaction but also over 200 employees with a stable and rewarding work life. Robert attributes his success to his continuous foresight and ability to pinpoint advantageous opportunities.
When Andy is not in the office, he spends his time with his family participating in various outdoor activities, including gardening, hunting, and snowmobiling.

I am a Certified Family Law Specialist* and since 2005, have focused my practice entirely on Family Law. In addition to being a lawyer, I am also a passionate business owner and entrepreneur and enjoy developing relationships with various local professionals in our community who often play a significant role in the outcome of family law matters.
By maintaining relationships with local experts such as co-parenting counselors, forensic accountants, judicial officers, mediators and child custody evaluators, I firmly believe that my clients benefit from a more holistic approach to legal problem solving.
My approach to family law is guided by my own experience with the legal system. When I was a child, I was the victim of violence. As a teen, I was the plaintiff in a civil action and a witness in a criminal action. It was stressful, intimidating, and confusing. It felt as if procedure triumphed over substance. I don’t want you to feel that way, ever. It’s disempowering and unproductive. It leaves you exhausted instead of ready to embark on a fresh start. My style is to keep my focus on your family and your issues.
We will assess what your needs are and tailor our services to maximize your benefit. We will work together to craft cost-effective resolutions with your goals and intentions in mind. You are the one who knows what is best for you and your family, not me. It is not in my makeup to judge you or your story – in fact, I celebrate diversity and am always up for a good challenge. I want you to feel well equipped to make whatever decision is in your best interest – whether that means negotiating an agreement, or pushing the matter through trial. Whatever path we take, I am most proud when a client can look back at his or her experience with me and my firm and feel that they have been well advised, represented and supported.
Outside of the office, I spend most of my time parenting two kids, exploring the bay area and other unique locations with my family, practicing yoga, watching foreign films, discovering new music, working on our ‘sister’ site, Hello Divorce, and listening to Ted Talks. In my ‘former’ life, I was an elite gymnast and Waldorf student.

Pierre is a member of the Andy MIller law Firm and has been practising tax law for many years. During that time, he has acquired expertise in both corporate tax and indirect taxes (VAT, registration duties and inheritance tax) taxes.
In addition to advising and assisting clients in tax disputes, his practice focuses on the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, seeking to provide creative, tailor-made solutions with high added value. With the support of his team, Pierre provides pragmatic legal assistance to companies throughout their life cycle, particularly in capital raising, acquisitions, mergers and joint ventures. In cross-border situations, he can rely on a powerful network of law firms with which he regularly cooperates. Pierre is regularly invited to lecture on topical issues in tax law and has contributed to several articles.
